How many questions are there for each module?
It depends on the material. Some material lends itself to a lot of questions where other material doesn't. We rather focus on writing quality questions instead of a lot of average questions.

How long after I register do I have to wait to use my account?
You account will be activated immediately after your payment is processed. If for some reason an error occurs and you account is not active, please email us at billing@promoexams.com.

Can I share my account with someone else?
We ask that you don't. The terms of service state you are allowed one person per account. This helps us keep the price down on our modules.

What happens if I share my account?
Only one user can be logged into an account at any given time. So sharing your account may prevent you from accessing the material. Each time someone logs into your account, all other users on the account will be logged out.

Users who abuse their accounts will be given the opportunity to change their password in order to protect their account. Continued abuse will result in account termination.

Will any of the material be mailed to me?
No, all material is delivered through your account. Nothing will be sent to you in the mail.

Does my registration include the module books?
No, you are responsible for obtaining the material on your own.

Are all the questions written directly out of the material?
It depends. In general, questions are based on the facts found in the material. However, in some cases questions are drawn directly from the material.

How long will my account remain active?
Your account will remain active until you decide to close. The modules within your account are available for a minimum of 1 year or until the date of the exam, whichever comes first.
